Leadership coaching is like personal training for your brain. Just like a PT guides you at the gym, leadership coaching helps middle managers develop techniques and tools to make their job easier. It focuses on self-management, handling conflicting tasks, and building confidence over time.
Amy is warm, energetic and very sharp in her thinking. Through the fun chat and laughter, she captures the insights and follows the train of thoughts.
Her style is encouraging, energizing and empowering. I also enjoyed the many brainstorming and gently challenging moments during the coaching.
I enjoyed the fun atmosphere she managed to establish. I particularly appreciated her coaching notes, which are always timely, well summarized and to the point.
The learning goes beyond the session when I compare our notes and find the points that I missed and were captured by her. The coaching has accompanied me through a time of establishing my own business.
The affirmation, encouragement, brainstorming, insights and a chance to off-load gave me more confidence in my own ability to handle new professional challenges.
Cross Cultural Trainer, Coach, Singapore
I selected Amy as a coach following positive feedback from others in my organisation and found that she exceeded my expectations.
I was looking for a coach that would ask me hard questions, get me to think and find my own solutions about my career directions at the executive level - which she did and more. I found myself voluntarily doing more thinking outside my sessions than I had with other coaches, including creating a tool I could use to help me focus on the areas I want to work on. Coaching can be hard work and tiring but Amy has a bubbly personality and we had lots of laughs.
I highly recommend Amy as a leadership coach.
Client feedback form 2022
I have gained so much that it is hard to put into words. The greatest learning has been believing in myself and being comfortable in my decisions.
Amy provided me with useful strategies, tactics, and tips on how to deal with uncomfortable discussions. It was very reassuring to know that being my authentic self
is far more important as people are more willing to respect you. Being a leader can be challenging at times but being yourself is much easier.
I really appreciated Amy’s patience, non-judgemental mindset and more importantly her professionalism, to help me find solutions to many challenging issues
that I was facing at that time. It was my privilege to have been coached by Amy and I look forward to working with her in future."

At the beginning, it was quite a bizarre feeling to voice out various things about oneself to a person that you do not know, especially having to mention your weaknesses and what you want to achieve.
Afterwards, I did not even realise that it became so normal and easy for me to express myself. These sessions made me realise that I have the ability to achieve my goals and what I can achieve.
It was extremely helpful to have someone who could ask me the right questions, give me the words of encouragement, help me to realise the importance of the small things that I was doing.
Now, in everything I do I try to ask myself relevant questions. The sessions have also helped me to express myself.
Now I feel more confident in my day-to-day work.
